About James Eadie Public Relations
Founder James Eadie is an award-winning journalist with 25 years of communications experience in senior leadership roles at two of the most recognised companies. In 2025, he completed ten years at Amazon, where he built a UK team to deliver enhanced bespoke PR solutions and crisis communications expertise alongside internal communications, CSR, and stakeholder activities. He then expanded his leadership role to Europe and later to Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Previously, he was at Royal Mail Group, where he led the business and consumer PR team, developing expert communications solutions to promote the company's products and services for a diverse range of business customers and consumers. He also managed various issues, including operational performance, major change programs, local and national industrial action, pricing, regulation, and more.
